Pacific Legal Foundation said the state has not yet addressed how the scholarship squares with the 2023 Supreme Court decision which prohibits affirmative action in higher education.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
