Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. The state’s existing buyout program for its own pensions is the precedent for Chicago, which should be a warning: Look out for similar exaggerated claims and shoddy analysis.

Time for Warner bros to file a massive copyright lawsuit against CTU and the city of Chicago for there unauthorized us of there cartoon characters. Especially the racial overtones that we’re being displayed.
That’s from the ctu ,less racially diverse than fop, majority (50-52%) white, fake $6-figure socialists$ & 1%-er comrade sharkey , non of whom live in any of those so called systemically racially disinvested communities that the blm crowds champion. Yet again Lightfoot is a master gaslighter – I believe this one of her skills as a litigator and we need to call attention to her deception. She moves attention away from the fact that she shot down the CPD/police measure by accusing a different party of racism and the media falls for it hook, line, sinker. She did a similar tactic with Bobby Rush to deflect her mismanagement of the riot weekend. She does this time and time again. Stop falling for it.

Everything is racist now. Did you see the article yesterday on how there were nooses hanging in a park that were immediately taken down by the police? It turns out they were exercise ropes, hung around a tree for local citizens who liked to get together and work out. They were put up by a black man who explained it to the police. There were also pipes on the end as handles. The police chief still made an announcement that ” we will not stand for this racial symbolism anywhere” voice shaking with fury. Does anyone else think this meme is utterly bizarre to begin with? Lightfoot and CPD are bitter enemies. Why would anyone think she’s hiding in a police uniform?
I guess you can’t blame her for playing the race card because it’s so powerful. It immediately shuts down the debate.
That said, I honestly think she would find racism in the weather report if there was any tactical advantage in doing so.
