Just when I thought that slithering snake of a mayor couldn’t go any lower. Well, she proved me wrong again.

This article and the others making the rounds demonstrates the complete depravity and cowardice of the Chicago and Illinois media: priority is given to e-mails from Lightfoot to CPS regarding having students help her campaign, while the same media completely ignores the OIG’s report on the sexual abuse and grooming of children in CPS.

Where are Mary Ann Ahern, G. Pratt, or Mr. Rich “I block for profanity” Miller on the OIG’s report?

Reprehensible.

What’s worse?

CPS Kids forced to fawn over Larry, like North Korean school kids are forced to sing love songs to Kim Jong Un.

Or Francis Parker kids being taught about anal sex, dildos, and butt-plugs (now being woke-renamed as “Buttigieg-Plugs”).

CPS and the CTU excuse students from classes right-n-left to protest and demonstrate on behalf of the woke-nonsense-of-the-moment – this rather than telling the kiddies that school hours are for school, and they can do their protesting-n-demonstrating on their own time.

More mendacious woke-n-broke hypocrisy – Lori was just clumsy, and got caught.

Lori extending an olive branch to the teachers. An aan alliance with CTU would include ruling the city with an iron fist. She’s also tired of being spankedby the teachers . The educators win too, Lori will cave to whatever they want.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
