A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

In many circles ethnic identity is preferable to ones alma mater. Me personally, I think one’s ethnic identity as a qualification for a job is even less important than, say, family name, and I voted for Bushes three times in my life (but not Jeb!).
