Installing the old vintage Polaroid on the dash or shirt is far cheaper. You may have one in the basement preferably with flash. The flash may deter would be criminals. Problem is all the pictures falling out of the camera and onto the dashboard may interfere with officers vision.

The older cameras where you have to put in a new bulb every time you use could work but officer may burn fingers.
