I grew up in Woodlawn-South Shore during the 50s – 60s and the Kimbark branch of the Chicago Public Library always had every cataloged book on its shelves because black parents taught their children that the library was for whites. Why the the push for permits for mini-libraries-POC cannot read or write and refuse to leave the gov’t plantation.

Communist legislators hard at work bringing the best of nothing to the people, or is it
the little libraries can’t be watched closely to make sure they provide X-rated books to children such as mainstream libraries?
