With the rapid increase in lawlessness, Chicago is officially a failed city now. It is uninhabitable.

Watch Mayor lightweight’s reaction this am to a question about lack of prosecutions. She gets testy and angry. She soesn’t want to be “bated”. You cant’ take her or the Police superintendent seriously until they come out and say “Kim Foxx is not doing her job”. You can mumble and duck and dodge about “no consequences” for criminals , but until there is an open admission that there is no functioning State’s attorney there won’t be any solution.
