My guess is that the criminals were graduates of the CPS and not illegal immigrants.
Will the new Cook County State’s Attorney charge all of the perpetrators with Felony Murder?

The WGN news has a story about the victim. He was an expectant father driving to work his last shift before his girlfriend began an induced labor.
It looks as if the CCSA is going to charge all of the perps with murder.
