A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Horrible ruling. Let’s hope the 7th circuit overturns this on the appeal. And let’s hope the Feds find a criminal federal election violation too. And let’s some some district court judge – other than Judge Kennelly – gets randomly assigned the case.
