A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Mass shootings like this aren’t common in hispanic communities. There are most certainly gangs and cartels but more targeted violence because mass shootings is bad for business. I wonder what the backstory on this is. Is it cartel related? Is it a turf war between Venezuelan gangs and local cartels? Is it a turf war between the black gangs a mile to the east vs the hispanic gangs in little village? This may never be solved but I have a feeling that this is going to go on for a long time.
And Mayor Johnson is canceling ShotSpotter? Where’s the logic in that?
