Mass shooting of five teens erupts in West Garfield Park – Chicago Sun-Times

At about 11:25 p.m. Sunday, the alleged shooter became involved in a fight and argument with one of the five victims, all of whom he knows, in the 700 block of South Springfield Avenue, according to a police report. After getting maced, the shooter grabbed a gun and opened fire at the group, hitting five teens between 13 and 15 years old, according to the report. No one was in custody.

11:35 pm and all those shot were 13 to 15 and out after curfew. Nice parenting
