The rating agencies are just catching up on their accuracy, perhaps the fees Jumbo paid for ratings have expired and now a more current evaluation can be done.

I love the way the Trib runs this as a real story and not some onion-like parody of stupidity. If you cut the Trib into small pieces it is a perfect substitute for Scott’s.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
