Mayor Brandon Johnson’s job performance rated fair to poor by majority of Chicago voters, new poll finds – Chicago Sun-Times

The CTU's Stacy Davis-Gates said, "Of course, when you have a Black man who is the mayor of this city advocating for the humanity of these Black children and for the equity of these Black children, of course they would put out an instrument that says something counter to that.”

But many of us knew this would be outcome of his election. No surprise here. Brandon Johnson was a politically-inexperienced poorly-educated and fundamentally unqualified mayoral candidate. And given his numerous reported supposed “panic-attacks” hospitalization and/or ER visits, also ill-equipped to handle stress of elected high office, even if actually he’s only mouth-piece for policy-decisions of his puppet-masters Preckwinkle and CTU Gates.

Chicago is rapidly devolving, and current City Hall administration can’t cope, don’t know what to do (other than virtue-signal their progressive-leftist politics), and so only aggravating a dire situation.

Brandon is the education Mayor you see. He is trying to teach Chicagoan’s that elections have consequences. The question is now will the population listen and learn or will life go on as it always has.

Once it gets bad enough the voters will learn. In the meantime, more of the same.

Just wondering, did the voters of Baltimore or Detroit ever learn anything?

I’ll speak for Detroit. No, they never did learn and kept re-electing Coleman for 2 decades. All he ever left us was alone….

The poll was obvious a hit piece but the community is unhappy with the illegal immigrants. But what are they going to do about it? Vote for Paul Vallas? LOL Brandon is here to stay; but for the illegal immigrant crisis, he’d be the most popular mayor ever in Chicago.

Stacy Davis-Gates tries to cheat on her real estate taxes and doesn’t pay her utilities despite being well compensated in her CTU role. Her opinion is completely biased and irrelevant.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Audio here.
