Looks like a great location. Would they rather have an empty building there? And it’s isolation means:
1. It won’t really bother anyone
2 It’s easier to focus support and protection, I would think.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
