Exemptions would apply for certain fluorescent lamps used for medical diagnostics, photocopying and printing, and in vehicle headlights.

If anything needs to go it’s the stupid headlights that burn your retinas out when approaching you from 50 yards away. Leave it to your elected officials to do the wrong thing.
