A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I have no doubt that much of NW and SW suburban Cook County would vote to kick Chicago out too. The anti-Chicago mood is very strong up here too except for a bunch of phony progressives who like to talk about world cultures.
