Do not release carjacking thugs on bond and then sentence them to serve real prison time. That’s the only way to reduce carjacking.

In a very short time the use of helicopters to catch and arrest carjackers would be deemed racist since most of the suspects would be, you know.
I’m all for giving the police every tool they need to stop violent crime. It would be nice if some of these violent offenders actually went to prison though.
