“What we want to do is proceed with an all-hands approach,” said CPD Superintendent David Brown, acknowledging that he is moving nine of the department’s district commanders from day time — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. shifts to night time — 3 to 11 p.m.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Brown’s “all hands approach” is doomed to failure because K. Foxx and her whole organization is working against the CPD.
Brown should resign today. Zero leadership. Zero initiative towards crime abatement. Zero qualifications to lead CPD cops. What a disgrace!
