Most Of Maywood Could Be In A TIF Next Year – Village Free Press

By overlaying TIFs onto most of the town, village officials are hoping that they’ll be able to tap into the special taxing funds to pay for much-needed infrastructure repairs that will largely benefit homeowners.

Watch closely, Maywood is always entertaining. Jason Ervin and wife were going to become landlords in Maywood. They bought a crackhouse! Now get this! The previous owner was the mayor! The Mayor of Maywood! I bet he laughed extra hard at the closing!
