A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Had the tv on this morning,not really watching,and listening somewhat,but thought I heard that sheriff from Milwaukee, David Clark, say we have ways to combat this,tear gas and billy clubs. Finally some common sense.
