Nearly 600 United Airlines employees face termination for defying vaccine mandate – NBC News

A company spokesperson said the airline plans to hire about 25,000 people over the next few years, and vaccination will be a condition of employment for all new hires.

Do they also check out all their contracted computer programmers in India? You the ones they outsource all their IT work too instead of Americans. I can assure you they are not firing all their many contracted help. But pity you if you work for United proper payroll.

Southwest is still encouraging but not mandating employee vaccinations. Dump United, fly Southwest.

I find it hard to believe that 99% of their employees are vaccinated. NO where near the national average. Hopefully they pay dearly for this cruel, inhumane and lawless decision.

Great crises=great opportunities. Proposal: Co-op of Americans who prefer to work at/shop businesses (including hospitals/healthcare, transportation, and every other goods&service provision) which opt to maintain the rule of law including respecting informed consent and opposing mandates which are invasive of personal physical autonomy (just like those in power describe objections to abortion mandates pro or con)). Enough consumers voting with pocketbooks can effect great change.
