The Public Official Safety and Privacy Act gives public officials—including judges, state’s attorneys, and election commissioners—the power to curate their digital footprint. The law further allows public officials to use campaign funds to pay for personal security systems, cameras, and physical barriers at their residences.

And the IL Democrats begin the cover up. And just in time for the 2026 midterms and Pritzker’s run for governor and president. What are they hiding? Voters have the right to research who is running. But the Commie Democrats are taking away our rights. I’m fine with address and phone numbers, but not criminal history and political group membership.
