A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Government officials will always fudge figures to make it look like they are doing something….hence this law won’t make much of a difference because there are no consequences for ignoring it and political consequences for accurately reporting these death figures.
