New Quota Law Coming to Illinois Warehouse Distribution Centers in 2026 – JD Supra

Effective January 1, 2026, the Act will impose new obligations on employers operating large warehouse distribution centers in Illinois where employees are held to a quota.

all of these job killer/ worker empowerment laws, like this one, are all backed and dreamed up by Illinois 3rd or 4th branch of gov—-$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Illinois Trial Lawyer Asc $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. As endless law suits, medicaid expansion, taxing the few dopey citizenry left to death, etc is all that’s left in ZERO growth Illinois.
