96% of a districts population is black and 97% of the stops are black people. How is that’s inappropriate? Out of a 100 people there is 1 extra black person stopped, WOW! Look at the news, how many car jacking suspects are white? Look at the shop lifting gangs invading Michigan Ave, how many are white? Look at the daily crime reports making headline stories how many are white? Look at CTA robberies, how many whites. Check the available homicide stats from 2011 to present. It’s actually a small number of people who commit the majority of crimes. It’s become obviously apparent since social justice requires releasing criminals, most of whom are repeat offenders. Giving someone a second chance, in most cases, is OK, but giving someone a fourth chance is wrong.
