Why not provide teens and young adults a venue where they can express themselves without disrupting the entire city and upsetting the mayor. Perhaps Douglas Park? They got a nearby hospital too! Set up a Maypole! Face painting!

Brown left town when he heard Lori’s latest decree, McDermott was promoted on the spot. Lori will stand at Randolph and Michigan ranting and jabbing her finger at children. The Mayor! The children will respond with their finger too!
