Why not provide teens and young adults a venue where they can express themselves without disrupting the entire city and upsetting the mayor. Perhaps Douglas Park? They got a nearby hospital too! Set up a Maypole! Face painting!

It sounds like they are more or less “making it up” as they go along. Reacting, I mean, rather than taking direct and proactive policing steps to rectify the issue Much of the reason this has been happening, I mean the last few years with the looting downtown, smash n’ grabs, the wilding of teens downtown in flash mobs, is that policing was not direct and harsh. Brown left town when he heard Lori’s latest decree, McDermott was promoted on the spot. Lori will stand at Randolph and Michigan ranting and jabbing her finger at children. The Mayor! The children will respond with their finger too!
