Obama Presidential Center to cost more to build, run than originally thought – WBBM

Construction of the Obama Center began this week in Jackson Park. At first, it was believed the presidential center would cost $700 million to build, of which $500 million was for “hard costs." Now, the Obama Foundation believes it will cost $830 million.

They need the extra $130 million to keep the backroom stocked with Barry’s favorite brew for when he graces us with his presence every two or three years. Plus the graft for all his buddies.
