When your dismal performance and unintelligent decisions see the light of day, go ahead and blame whites, Trump or climate change, like any Dem worth his salt.

I was a low-income white person in Chicago for many years. Never felt supreme in any way. Just felt overtaxed and fearful of being mugged.

Zippy. Stop and take a look around the city.
The city is crumbling like an old birthday cake. Michigan Ave. is a joke, State Street that great street, NOT. O’Junk airport looks like a slum, CTA nothing works, new electric buses not working, try walking, can’t do that
Mugging, murder, general insanity, people
Leaving and it’s all blamed on white supremacy. Zippy and friends would screw up a two person funeral. Westward Ho!

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
