It could be true if every train car and bus would have a Bernard Goetz/Charles Bronson/Rambo or Snake Plissken in them.

You know, that’s just what my wife hears from her Chicago based employees when they talk about their commutes to the downtown office.

They feel so much safer on the (grubby, dirty, creaky) CTA trains now, and they never worry about one being late, or breaking down. Or having to watch something really nasty or upsetting on the way to or from work.

Well, maybe not……
