Lincoln biographers Sidney Blumenthal and Harold Holzer: "The Orwellian idea of removing Lincoln from Chicago would be as vain as an attempt to erase the history of Chicago itself. One might just as well allow the Magnificent Mile to wash back into Lake Michigan. After all, the lawyer who successfully argued the famous 'Sandbar' case that settled ownership of that piece of lakefront property was Abraham Lincoln."

It all started with Lori, Sophia King and the Grant Park advisory council , headed by Leslie Recht , a CTU stooge removal of the Columbus statues to give in to the domestic terrorist blm Marxist organization . Since that day, the crime has skyrocketed in Chicago and these three must be blamed.

Like Stephen Douglas, Joe Biden escaped the ‘List’ also. Just last week Joe Biden made indirect references to his segregationist past and used the ‘N’ word in a speech. Seems if you are a Democrat these kind of racist things are excusable.

And what is Lincoln’s ‘crime’ to these Leftist Democrats? He started the anti-slavery party called the G.O.P., aka Republican Party.

Iconoclasm? What’s that? Are you talking about the 9th Century Byzantium decree banning the use of religious images or icons? Oh, no one learns that in history class, silly! In Illinois, we were too busy learning about Harvey Milk, drag queens and other BIPOC LGBTQ+ ‘heroes’. And really, who care what a bunch of white people in Europe did 1200 years ago. The purpose of taking down the these statutes is to REMOVE the white people from history. Making some ‘white person argument’ against removing Lincoln from 1200 years ago ain’t gonna convince nobody.
