The state’s unemployment rate stood at 4.4 percent, 12th highest in the country. It was the 177th month it exceeded or tied the national average.

See there is a problem here. No one wants to work at a McDonald’s getting 19.50 an hour. It’s to demeaning. Instead they’d rather say they can’t find a job and live off those that actually work
