Pay lawyers enough and they’ll validate anything sufficiently to protect these practices but with enough caveats to protect themselves. For additional fees, they’ll fight in court in front of leftist elected judges and jurors who can be counted on to think that they’d like to scam the system too. Our system, particularly the legal system, validates the theory of entropy everywhere , leading to universal chaos. This illustrates the pathetic state of Public Education. They are clearly spending other people’s money – they couldn’t care less. These people stayed at the Bellagio and Venetian Hotels where the room rates are extremely high, so high that many tax payers who are paying for these junkets (through outrageous property taxes), are unable to afford such luxury. No approvals should mean no reimbursement. Period. But we all know that didn’t happen. Another stat was the $1000 airplane tickets, very close to first class rates there…did anyone check that out? I’ll bet ( pun intended ) they did. The teachers with the racist, capitalist system hating mouthpiece sure had no qualms about going to the place that exemplifies the worst of capitalism with gambling, prostitution, around the clock drinking, etc. Hypocrites.
The heads of the CPS knew all about it along. They just do not give a Schitt about students.
