Over 90 percent of voters in Black wards supported Pritzker – Chicago Crusader

Black voters in Chicago during the midterm election supported Governor JB Pritzker at the polls more than any ethnic group in the city, according to an extensive analysis from the Chicago Board of Elections.

The predominantly Black wards in Chicago also went 90% for Kim Foxx in 2020 when a completely viable middle of the road competitor was there. Chalk this up to drone mentality and a fear of agency.

She is wildly popular because she keeps their friends and family out of jail. She allows them to seek street justice , outside of the criminal justice system, with little fear of being caught. And if they are caught, more often than not, the charges are dropped. These are high crime communities because these are the neighborhoods where criminals live. They like the soft on crime policies. It works for them.
