Parents sound alarm over Illinois high school voter registration bill – Center Square

Marsha McClary, chair of Moms for Liberty Lake County, said her concerns center on whether organizations involved in administering voter registration in schools would truly remain nonpartisan. McClary pointed to groups such as the League of Women Voters, which are often described as nonpartisan but are widely viewed as left-leaning, raising questions about whether subtle political messaging or influence could accompany the registration process.

After high school graduation, ones who can read and write, are looking to get the hell out of Illinois. If the trend holds, many won’t ever come back to give a damn about voting in any Illinois elections. Hence the Jesse Jackson, Sr., Young Voter Empowerment Law.

Blue states see the writing on the wall. They’re going to be forced to clean up their voter rolls and remove the deceased, those who moved out of state, and the illegals registered via motor voter laws. This will be devastating to keeping power. The point of registering high school seniors is to get their names on the voter rolls so their fraudulently cast ballots can be counted in future elections. Once they are on the voter rolls, they likely won’t be forced to come off for a long time.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
