Parents need to parent and pass along the gift of learning to their kids.

Sure, but what percentage of these are two-parent households? Especially (but not exclusively) blacks.
Don’t have sex till you’re married. Don’t get married till you’ve at least graduated high school or trade school, and earn enough to support your family without welfare.
Grandmothers and unwed mothers raising kids is a recipe for disaster!

There’s been a lot of anger against Hispanics, but from what I see they take marriage and family seriously. Other folks should emulate that!
