A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

And what party does Vallas belong to? And who has controlled CPS for the last 100 years? He blames the unions. The unions own the democrat party and have for as long as I can remember. This guy wants to blame someone? He needs to look in the mirror. He’s part of the problem.
