Are blacks leaving IL, or just Chicago, looking for a better environment? It’s middle class blacks leaving. The main reason all residents leave is financial, property and other taxes. IRS statistics show it is money leaving IL and middle class blacks see this as well as all ethnic middle classes.
The fact that you really can’t replace skilled, employable people with non- English speaking, untrained illegals is lost on nitwits. They will increase the drain on social services and not contribute any money into the system by working for cash or not working at all.
