The “peacekeeper” is identified as Chester Alexander, 30. He is charged with felony aggravated battery of a peace officer, felony resisting, and felony possession of a controlled substance. The police claim they found 24 pills of suspected ecstasy in the peacekeeper’s pants pocket.
