Mr White has been a long time business owner who has been successful in Peoria when others said it couldn’t be done. These people know what they are talking about. The action of the State AG are a disgrace – playing politics when peoples livelihoods are at risk.
Small business owners should band together, hire the same lawyers and file as many separate lawsuits as possible. If nothing else we will get the court system back in operation.
P.S. Don’t forget to include the Florida mansion in lists of assets that should be used to make the plaintiffs whole.
