Pipeline project bringing Lake Michigan water to SW suburbs to begin construction in 2024 – WBBM (Chicago)

According to the Grand Prairie Water, formed by Joliet, Romeoville, Minooka, Channahon, Crest Hill and Shorewood in 2021, an Illinois report has indicated that underground water supplies continue to diminish while southwestern suburbs are growing.

With all the catastrophic stories of leaking water pipes and failed infrastructure, where’s the new water lines for Dolton, Robinsons, Harvey, etc……oh, sorry, forgot –those burbs aint growen

Journalism: Article fails to mention how three inland communities not bordering lake michgan will build a pipe to lake michigan!!!
