I’m not a scientist, but the vast majority of climatologists agree that symptoms of global warming include increased occurrences of extreme weather conditions, such as very high temperatures, very low temperatures, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.
But they disagree intensely on the extent to which man’s carbon emissions are contributing to that warming, the extent of that warming, and the consequences you describe. Contested theories should not be asserted as facts.
