At the outset of the race, Darren Bailey has ignored his rivals, instead targeting Gov. Pritzker, but there’s room for movement in the contest with nearly half of voters (47 percent) saying they’re undecided.
To be fair, I don’t think any republican has a chance of winning the governor’s race in 2026.

Bailey needs to drop out. The fact that he was rejected once and that Pritzker is funneling money into Bailey’s campaign are 2 reasons why he needs to leave.
That Bailey doesn’t spurn JB’s money to split Republican voters puts him on a level with that Stacy one in GA that runs unsuccessfully for office and lives off of campaign donations. It certainly seems that way.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Baily will very likely assure another Pritzker win 🙁

Correct. He’s a professional loser and grifter.
Ted is a winner!
