Positive drug test will no longer stop records expungements in new law – WAND (Decatur)

“People looking to correct their criminal record should not be stopped from meaningfully participating in society because of a positive drug test for cannabis,” said State Sen. Jacqueline Collins.

Why dont the Illinois law makers just pass a law that if you’re black you cant be arrested or charged with a crime? It’s almost at that point right now so just do it.
