Ah yes, “people” who just happen to be “participating in the justice system.”
You know, like one day you’re just wandering about, and you think to yourself, “I think I’ll go over to the courthouse and participate in the justice system.”
Happens everyday to normal Americans who get bored and want something to do.

On brand. She’s done her damndest to ban arrests of any kind by any law enforcement agency anywhere in Cook County.

Obviously Ms Preckwinkle is unaware that ICE is part of a federal law. Probably wants to “eradicate law enforcement” as well. Except for her guards, that is!

People in this country illegally should always feel uneasy about their choice.
