How can he govern a whole country , when he only governs one city in this state (Chicago). So he will be a big city, blue state President, Period

sure…just like the private sector…if a junior manager fails miserably that usually calls for a big promotion…..the same in the public sector, i.e. president O’bama and possibly Mr. Pritzker….with Illinois #51 fiscally (behind Puerto Rico); #1-#2 in overall tax burden; and #1-#2 in political corruption (i.e. trillions in public sector, aka political supporters, massive “pensions”)….along with massive crime (all due to actions other than those by our elected officials)…..calls definitely for promotion to be President of the United States.

NYTimes….wow out of touch….Illinois political class is out of control…51st fiscal; #1-#2 corruption; $0.5T unfunded pensions; massive crime; IDES fraud #1 in country; total mess…yes, lets make him president?

This is Dec 15, not April 1. 51st fiscal condition (behind PR); #1-#2 political corruption; #1-#2-overall tax burden; massive unfunded pensions hanging over home owners; rampant “catch and release” crime; rampant political mismanagement (ie property taxes and unemployment payments); owned by public unions and attorneys…..and we are their pawns cause we own homes here. WaCkO republicans would eat Mr. Pritzker’s lunch.

Trying to recall the last borderline obese President to take office in the TV age . . .

There is no surprise here. Pritzker has been planning to run for President from the start. He will sell himself to the MSM as the brilliant Governor who righted the financial mess of Illinois (with mountains of Federal handouts stolen from taxpayers in Red states) and defeated the Wuhan Virus in Illinois with firm and tough decision making. He saw Bloomburg make a run for President in 2020 and he has way more (of his daddy’s) money than Bloomburg so Pritzker reasons that he should do even better. Pritzker can afford a battalion of political advisors (who have steered every… Read more »

JB is not presidential material. He has no chance unless he cheats. Which is entirely likely.

Those of us with eyes and a brain here in Illinois know that JB isn’t presidential material but that doesn’t prevent the Democrat Propaganda Media from relentlessly promoting him for President. After all look at Biden. And Kamalea Harris. And Obama. Add to that JB’s billions in advertising dollars and you have a successful formula to get dep into the Democrat primaries. I would like to see JB on a debate stage with a Republican. JB’s bumbling and lack of intelligence would be exposed. But that didn’t slow down Harris; that cackling moron is now a heartbeat away form the… Read more »

I hope he runs so I can see his face when he loses in the Democrat primaries as he finds out that despite his money he can’t buy everything.

Check out that pic of him on the couch in the White House. He is just enormous. And illegally dictating Illinois’ medical policies.

His physical feature have little to do with the lousy job he’s doing. He’s just another elite who has o e set of rules for us, the little people and one set of rule for everyone else. Trump is an elite, just like Joe, Obama, Clinton, Bush, all of them have their own interests, and the rich in the front of their minds at all times. I’m looking for real conservatism, and I don’t see it. 700 Billion for “Defense”? Defense of what? The Build Back Better Bill is a sham too. They don’t want to piss off the drug… Read more »

Little to do with his lousy job? Completely disagree. Hypocrisy is a red flag in politics. If an obese, unhealthy person is dictating health orders when he clearly can’t even take of himself, that is hypocrisy. How can anyone possibly take him seriously.

Is he doing a terrible job at everything else? Of course, he’s awful.

Yep. I often call them red flags. Trust factor goes out the door. Hard to miss when you’re paying attention.

Rob: You’re so wrong about Trump it’s shameful and you should be embarrassed. Trump’s book “Crippled America” in 2015 exactly and correctly described the country’s probs. And he KNEW that running against Hillary would alienate 1/2 of customers for his hotels, resorts, condos, penthouses, and sink their revenues. He knew it because he’s smart, and he was right, it happened! Then he donated his $400k pay times 4 years to the Wounded Warriors Project. Then he….well I’ll let YOU do some research, and YOU’LL learn he gave up a BUNDLE to help save our country. PS: Trump was an “elite”… Read more »

Jabba is such an egomaniac, all this talk about him as a potential presidential candidate has to be the best thing that’s ever happened to him. Such high expectations! The liberal media will stoke the fire, just like they did before with another very unlikable candidate named Hillary. She doesn’t seem very happy now. Sometimes the bigger they are, the harder they fall, and nobody is bigger than you know who.

Chicago needs more champions of literacy like Willie Wilson – Wirepoints

It’s rare to see city leaders in Chicago take an open, unabashed stance on the collapse of literacy. To complain is deemed as too political, too racist or too anti-public schools. So it’s refreshing to see Willie Wilson, a successful businessman and leader of the black community, call for a literacy initiative “with the goal of getting 100% of Black students reading at grade level.”
