Pritzker asks IL Supreme Court to send all school mask lawsuits to Cook County or Sangamon court – Cook County Record

In the motion to transfer and consolidate, Atttorney General Kwame Raoul and Gov. JB Pritzker argue that allowing the cases to proceed as they are currently pending would “waste” judicial “resources,” and could result in “public confusion,” as different judges may hand down “conflicting rulings.”
