The decision means Pritzker and his administration will need to do more to defeat FoxFire’s legal claims – echoed in many other lawsuits filed against Pritzker in the past year – that the governor overstepped the bounds of his constitutional authority in using executive powers repeatedly since last March, claiming the restrictions are needed to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

From the article:

This is a shocker, entirely at the foot of the door of Pritzker. He needs to pay for this.

But not one public sector worker laid off?

Vote him out in 2022, to save our sanity. Then go after him through the courts.
