Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. They wouldn’t need to be sent back if you hadn’t invited them here JB! This is on you. Gross incompetence.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am calling bullshit that JB the Hutt will ever effect any law or order to do so.
The chips are down for Kamala and the rest of the Dems, so it’s time to begin proposing action just palatable enough to placate the public tired of the illegals and all their baggage. Whether it will be implemented, we’ll see.
They’re all going home. Every last one of them. Today’s illegal immigrants will not become your future Democrat voter base.
Sure Jan. Now way you are getting rid of them all. Some will go but most will stay no matter what Trump says.
Then they’ll have to live underground, in fear of deportation. The political environmental will be so bad they’ll want to self-deport. Trump will cut off sanctuary cities from federal funding. The imprisonment of a couple of sanctuary mayors will quickly change the rest of their minds. And suddenly when rents lower and cities are less crowded, residents will be happier.
They have been living under ground for decades in the Hispanic community don’t fool yourself.
Yes they have. But soon, after several high profile CEOs are arrested for hiring illegal immigrants, the work for them will dry up. E-verify will be mandatory and those illegal underground using stolen social security numbers won’t have any work. The ones that aren’t thrown in jail will self-deport. The goal is to create an environment so hostile to illegal immigrants that they voluntarily leave.
