Pritzker, Foxfire restaurant continue tussle over limits of guv’s COVID powers to shut down restaurants – Cook County Record

While a swarm of lawsuits were filed, courts have persistently rejected attempts to limit Pritzker’s powers, permitting him, to this point, to continue for more than 16 months to use the state’s emergency management law to govern the state largely through executive order, citing emergency powers.

I forgot to thank their Lawyer as well. It is very difficult to find a lawyer who will go up against the corrupt system. Blessings to him and Foxfire Restaurant for fighting the good fight. We need to let them know we support them and stand with them.

Hope they can find an honest judge in this State. I commend them for not giving up and hope that they prevail. It should trouble everyone in Illinois and in other States as well, that we have such lawlessness and that cases are not even being heard by judges or are dismissed. It truly is a disgrace.
