Pritzker opposes redistricting Illinois mid-cycle as other states move forward – Center Square

“I don’t think any of it is good. I don’t want to do it for the state of Illinois,” Gov. JB Pritzker said. “I don’t think we should redistrict here. I have to say though that we live in, I mean, the most dangerous times that I can remember when it comes to preserving our democratic institutions. They are breaking them down everywhere."

Well, he’s finally holding up his promise of not signing off on an Even More Gerrymandered map after signing off on the one that exists now, that he said he wouldn’t in the first place. :-/

JN neglects to mention that his fellow Marxists are the ones that want to “ re- imagine “ America , want to hand illegals everything on a platter, let their criminal brethren run wild, talk youngsters into gender reassignment surgery, continue the DEI gravy train and all the other garbage most places are shaking off now that Joe’s Autopen nightmare is finally over.

Il should be redirected based on population, not race or politics. The districts should not look like a spider or a half moon. The districts should look more like squares. But Pritzker and the Dems won’t stand for that.
